We refer to this amazing body wash as Sacred Soap because it goes well beyond what we think of as traditional soap; it uses a base soap known by the indigenous people of Togo, Africa, as Black Soap, which is thoughtfully made by a women’s co-operative that follows organic standards and fair trade guidelines. Consisting of pure virgin Palm Kernel Oil, 13% unrefined Shea Butter, Ash (a natural source of lye) from Plantain Leaves and Bark from the local Agow Tree, you have never used such a clean, thoroughly pure soap! The invigorating scent, stemming from Organic Essential Oils of Rosemary, Lemon and Lemongrass, will refresh your senses as well as your body, while the Shea Butter will leave you feeling not greasy, but silky smooth.
